Alexander Reiter LL.M."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Alexander Reiter<\/strong> studied law and history in Vienna and Paris (Mag. iur., BA.) and completed his master&#8217;s degree at the College of Europe in Bruges (European Law and Economic Analysis &#8211; ELEA, LL.M.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to his traineeship at the European Commission&#8217;s Directorate General for Competition in unit C1 Antitrust &#8211; Telecoms, he gained experience in competition law as an associate at the Austrian law firms Binder Gr\u00f6sswang and E+H Rechtsanw\u00e4lte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He joined\u00a0our firm in 2023. In 2024 he was admitted to the Austrian bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexander Reiter regularly advises companies in the areas of merger control, abuse of a dominant position and horizontal and vertical restrictions of competition before the Austrian antitrust authorities and the European Commission in Brussels as well as the European courts in Luxembourg.
