Since 1997 he has been based in Vienna, where he became a partner at Weiss-Tessbach Rechtsanw\u00e4lte in the same year, and co-founded the lawfirm Gassauer-Fleissner Rechtsanw\u00e4lte in 2002, where he was a partner until December 2014.
