Associate

Christina Stauffer obtained her law degree from the University of Vienna and completed her legal clerkship at the Vienna Regional Criminal Court as well as the District Courts of Favoriten and Josefstadt. She joined Reidlinger Schatzmann Jergitsch Rechtsanwälte GmbH as an associate in 2025.

Prior to that, she worked at the Federal Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism in the Department for FDI Screening, where she handled proceedings under the Austrian Investment Control Act. As part of her ministerial training, she also gained experience in the Cabinet of EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn in Brussels and in the Ministry’s EU Coordination and Internal Market Department.

During her studies, Christina Stauffer worked at renowned law firms in the field of competition law and contributed to the International Cartel Workshop organized by the ABA and IBA. Her work focuses on competition law, FDI Screening and Banking & Finance.
